Six design and planning meetings to go over every detail.
Up to three vendor meetings.
Two site visits to put the vision for your wedding together.
Layout and design planning.
Create a timeline and distribute it to all vendors for your wedding day.
Coordinate drop offs and pickups.
Lead and coordinate wedding rehearsal at ceremony site.
the wedding day
Ten hours on site for your wedding.
Set up details such as guest book, place cards, programs, etc..
Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception.
Serve as contact for all vendors and guests.
Hand out final payments to vendors.
Guide musician and/or DJ for play time.
Align wedding party for ceremony.
Help with room flip between ceremony and reception.
Follow timeline throughout your wedding.
