Day of coordinating $2450

This package is aimed towards the couple who have planned and designed their wedding, but need someone to connect all the details together to make sure everything is done just as you planned. At the very least, every couple needs a day of coordinator so that they, as well as their closest friends and family, don’t have to worry about a thing the day of their wedding.

Before the wedding

Three design and wedding plan meetings to go over every detail.

One site visit to put the vision together for your wedding.

Create wedding timeline and distribute it to all vendors.

Lead and coordinate wedding rehearsal at ceremony site.

the wedding day

Eight hours on site for your wedding day.

Set up details such as guest book, place cards, programs, etc..

Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception.

Serve as contact for all vendors.

Hand out final payments.

Guide musician and/or DJ for play time.

Direct ceremony processional.

Assist with room flip between ceremony and reception.

Follow timeline throughout the evening.
