Before the Wedding


Access to trusted vendor list for recommendations on bookings.

Budget planning to keep us in line while finding vendors.

Construct a customized checklist to keep planning on track.

Six design and wedding plan meetings.

Layout planning and design with your venue.

Lead and research up to three vendors of your choice.

Three vendor meetings of your choice.

Contract management and payment schedule.

One site visit to walk through the setup.

Serve as point of contact for all vendors once booked.

Construct a detailed timeline and distribute it to all vendors.

Lead and coordinate the rehearsal at ceremony site.

The Wedding Day


Coordinator on site for 10 hours the day of.

Set up wedding accessories such as the guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception.

Serve as contact for vendors and guests.

Hand out final payments and gratuity to vendors.

Guide musicians and/or dj for play times.

Direct the ceremony processional.

Help with room flip between ceremony and reception.

Follow timeline throughout the evening.
