Before the Wedding

Budget planning to stay in line while finding vendors.

Create and source all design for your wedding.

Construct a customized checklist to follow throughout the planning.

Wedding vendor research and correspondence from start to finish.

Contract management and payment schedule.

Assist with building wedding website.

Save the date and invitation distribution.

Set up hotel blocks and accommodations.

Twelve wedding planning meetings.

Three design meetings.

Layout planning and design with your venue.

Two site visits to walk through the setup.

Construct a detailed timeline and distribute it to all vendors.

Lead and coordinate the rehearsal at ceremony site.

The Wedding Day

Coordinator on site for 12+ hours the day of.

Set up wedding accessories such as the guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception.

Serve as contact for vendors and guests.

Hand out final payments and gratuity to vendors.

Guide musicians and/or dj for play times.

Direct the ceremony processional.

Help with room flip between ceremony and reception.

Follow timeline throughout the evening.

Addressing unanticipated issues.
